Honestly, I thought buying a home would be simpler. My parents keep saying rent is wasted money. I'm looking at 2BHKs in Sectors 75-89, budget around 60-70L. But with EMI, down payment, maintenance... renting feels cheaper. Is Faridabad appreciation enough to justify that huge upfront cost? Am I missing something in the rent vs buy math?
