Faridabad Emerges as Fast-Growing Real Estate Market in NCR
Feeling the pinch trying to find value and connectivity in NCR real estate? Well, Faridabad is making waves, identified as one of the fastest-growing markets. Its strong links to Delhi and Noida, coupled with more accessible property rates, make it a compelling option for both homebuyers and investors. How do you see this impacting property prices across the wider NCR?

While Faridabad definitely has potential, especially compared to the insane prices in areas like Ansal Villas or even Anand Vihar, buyers need to be very cautious. Do your due diligence on the builder's reputation and financial stability. Many projects, even RERA registered ones, are facing delays. Also, check the actual distance to the nearest metro or major highway, not just what's advertised. Sometimes 'strong links' can still mean an hour of traffic. Don't rush into it just because it's 'affordable'.
The post says 'more accessible property rates'. What's the current average per sqft for a decent 2BHK or 3BHK in a good society in Faridabad? Aur RERA registration ka status kya hai wahan ke projects ka? Kahi builder possession mein der na kar de.
Haan RERA toh check karna hi padega. Mera ek friend hai, usne Ghaziabad mein ek flat liya tha, 2 saal se possession pending hai, RERA mein complaint bhi ki hai but kuch ho nahi raha. Builders toh bas date pe date dete rehte hain. Faridabad mein bhi aise cases hain kya? Bahut nervous hoon yaar, life savings lag jaati hai.
RERA status check karna bahut zaroori hai. Koi reliable source hai jahan se RERA details mil sakein?
For a 2BHK, you can find something decent in the range of 40-60 lakhs, depending on the sector and builder. Per sqft usually ranges from ₹4500-₹6000. New projects near the Greater Faridabad area tend to be on the higher side.
I totally agree with the post! My cousin bought a 2BHK near Mathura Road, Faridabad, almost three years ago for 45 lakhs. Abhi uski value 65-70 lakhs ho gayi hai. Us time sab bol rahe the 'Faridabad kaun jayega', but ab dekho! Especially with the new flyovers and metro extension, commute to South Delhi has become much smoother. For first-time buyers like us, where else can you get good space within budget in NCR? Delhi ke baaki areas mein toh 1 BHK ka bhi budget nahi banta.
Sahi baat hai! My office is in Noida and I live in Faridabad, near Sector 81. Initially, I was skeptical, but the commute is manageable, and I got a much bigger flat for my budget compared to what I would get in Noida or Ghaziabad. Plus, the green spaces are a bonus.
Wow, that's a great appreciation! Which specific area near Mathura Road is this? I'm looking for something similar.
Connectivity toh theek hai, but infrastructure ka kya? Roads, schools, hospitals, market access... ye sab bhi important hai na. Sirf saste rates pe ghar leke kya fayda agar basic facilities hi na ho? Koi batao wahan ka ground reality kya hai?
Yaar, finally koi toh affordable option dikh raha hai NCR mein! Delhi mein toh Alaknanda ya Anand Niketan mein ek 1BHK lena bhi sapna lagta hai. Faridabad ki connectivity sunke thodi ummeed jagi hai.
