Faridabad mein Delhi-Mumbai Expressway aur FNG ka real impact prices pe kitna aaya hai? I work in real estate, but ab khud ke liye ek 2BHK ya 3BHK dekh raha hoon. Builders toh bahut hype create kar rahe hain, especially Neharpar (Sectors 75-89) aur Sector 35 ke liye. But on the ground, kya yeh connectivity improvement genuinely appreciation la rahi hai, ya abhi bhi speculation hai? Honestly not sure agar abhi bhi koi good investment window bachi hai near these corridors for end-users. Ya phir sab prices already factor-in ho gaye hain? Meri budget ₹70L-₹1.2Cr tak hai. Is it still worth looking at properties in these areas expecting future appreciation due to these infra projects? Kya lagta hai, community?
