Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting, especially with the kids' school admission coming up. We need a 3BHK and Goyal Luxury Floors in Sector 86 caught our eye. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood. I'm worried about their construction quality after possession. Anyone there, did you face plaster cracks or seepage? Also, how was their customer support post-booking? Did they actually pick up the phone for issues?

U4 ki baat sahi hai. U1, aapne Goyal Luxury Floors ka RERA registration number check kiya hai? Aur price per sqft kya quote kar rahe hain? Pura project details website par available hai kya?
Agar RERA details clear nahi hain, aur builder ka track record zero hai U10, toh ye toh big red flag hai. First-time
5500 per sqft? Bhai, itne mein toh Sector 35 mein established builder ke re-sale flats mil jayenge. Naye builder ke liye toh bahut high hai, bilkul mat sochna is price pe.
U5, RERA number website pe hai, but details kuch khaas nahi dikh rahe. Price toh 5500 per sqft bol rahe hain, which seems a bit high given the builder's zero project profile.
Yaar, construction quality ka issue bahut common hai Faridabad mein. Mere cousin ne Sector 35 mein ek project liya tha 3 saal pehle, abhi tak seepage aur lift breakdowns se pareshan hai. Builder ne toh phone uthana hi band kar diya. Make sure you check their RERA history and talk to existing residents if possible. Goyal Luxury Floors ka toh koi existing project bhi nahi hai, toh aur darr lagta hai.
Sector 86 location wise toh achha hai, connectivity bhi theek hai. But builder ka naam sunke thodi shanka ho rahi hai, jaise U2 ne kaha.
Bhai, Goyal Luxury Floors ka naam toh suna hai but Goyal Estate Agency ka track record dekhoge toh zero projects dikha raha hai. Yeh thoda risky nahi lag raha? First-time buyer ke liye toh aur tension hai.
U8, Sector 86 mein toh bahut options nahi hain jo established ho. Shayad Sector 81-82 mein kuch mil jaaye, but budget ka issue aa sakta hai wahan. Wahan par thode purane but reputed builders ke projects hain.
Toh U2, U7, fir Sector 86 mein aur koi option hai kya jo reliable ho? Hum bhi wahi dekh rahe hain, budget bhi tight hai.
Haan bilkul, zero projects matlab pura naya builder. Customer support toh bhool hi jao. Experience nahi hoga toh issues toh aayenge hi.
