Honestly, I'm just so frustrated with the rental market in Faridabad right now. We're trying to upgrade to a 3BHK for the kids, maybe in Sector 35 or close to a good school. But yaar, rent prices have shot up like crazy. Last two years mein, I've seen 30-40% increase for similar flats. Is this just the new normal? Ya phir will it stabilize soon? My wife is worried about saving for a down payment if so much is going into rent. Should we just bite the bullet and buy now, even with these interest rates? Any families facing this too? What did you guys do?
