Sector 35 — I'm finally serious about buying my first 2BHK. Goyal Estate Agency showed me a few places. The home loan process is stressing me out. Which banks offer good rates without crazy hidden charges or paperwork? I need a smooth experience. Also, what red flags should I watch for in the builder-buyer agreement? Honestly, I don't want to sign something I'll regret. What are those 'things nobody tells you' about buying a first home?

Totally relate! I'm eyeing Sector 35 too. PNB HFL and SBI are generally considered good, but I've heard PNB can be slow. Did anyone try ICICI or HDFC? What was their processing time like? My current bank is quoting a decent rate but I'm worried about hidden charges.
