Faridabad 'fixed prices' are a myth: My negotiation discovery
Builder's 'fixed price' is never truly fixed, especially in Faridabad. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge for a 3BHK in Sector 35. My broker, from Goyal Estate, showed me some options near ₹90L. But I've heard you can always push for 5-7% off, even on new projects. Is this true for Sector 35? Aur kya hidden charges hote hain jo OC ke time pata chalte hain? Want to avoid any surprises. Any negotiation hacks for Faridabad properties?

Totally agree! I'm also looking in Faridabad, Sector 84, and my broker gave me the 'fixed price' speech. But deep down I know there's always some room. ₹90L for a 3BHK in Sec 35 sounds reasonable if it's a good society. Do you think 5-7% is actually achievable in this market?
