Honestly, the amount of research needed for a property investment is insane. Fed up of renting, I'm eyeing Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla in Faridabad, price ₹2.65 Cr. But I'm worried about the pricing. Is this already too high for an investor looking for solid capital appreciation? Matlab, pre-launch mein kya price tha aur ab kitna upside bacha hai?
