Faridabad investment: Builder's past making me nervous

₹2.65 Cr for Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla in Faridabad, it's a big investment for me. Their past project delivery delays are making me nervous. Suna hai unke previous projects bhi kafi late huye the. Timely possession pe hi mera ROI aur exit strategy depend karta hai. Not sure if this upcoming one will be on time. Has anyone invested with them before? Yaar, agar delay hua toh capital appreciation pe kitna impact padega?
