Faridabad mein property price negotiation kitna realistic hai? I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do site visits myself. For a 3BHK in Sector 35, maybe around ₹80L, kitna off expect kar sakte hain? New projects mein builders jaise Goyal Estate Agency, kya woh discount dete hain? Ya secondary market mein deals better milti hain for negotiation? Also, broker ke through ya direct builder se deal karna better hai for an NRI? Legal clarity aur rental management ka bhi tension hai.

Faridabad mein negotiation bahut tricky hai, especially for new projects. Builders like Goyal Estate Agency rarely give big discounts, maybe 1-2% at best. Secondary market mein thoda scope hai, but legal verification is paramount. NRI ke liye toh aur bhi dikkat hai without being physically present.
