Faridabad investors: Are we overlooking real security?
Did a site visit to Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla this week and honestly, the security setup felt... off. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I see right through the marketing. Everyone glorifies fancy clubhouses but nobody talks about actual, reliable security. Are those CCTV arrays just for show? Investor-wise, poor security means higher tenant churn, lower resale. We pay hefty maintenance, yet guards are often untrained. Is it just me, or do these 'premium' projects often skimp on critical security for splashy amenities? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the original post! I also visited Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla and felt the same. ₹2.7 Cr is a huge amount for an 'upcoming' project that seems to be cutting corners on something as basic as security. They're pushing the 'luxury' angle hard, but what good is a fancy clubhouse if you're constantly worried? And the RERA number being 'Not Applicable' for an upcoming project? That's a massive red flag for me. It feels like they're trying to bypass regulations, which makes me even more skeptical about their commitments, especially for a possession date of 20
