Posession was in March for my flat at Goyal Luxury Floors. Noticed ki green areas brochure mein jitne dikhte hain, real mein utne nahi hain. Mostly small patches, not proper open space. Does this construction quality of green spaces affect future resale value ya tenant attraction in Faridabad? Ya investors bas amenities ke naam pe higher pricing pay karte hain? Should I worry about this long-term? Kisi aur ko bhi laga kya ki green areas ka promise sirf marketing hype hai?

Guys, I'm looking at Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla. Brochure mein toh green areas bahut dikha rahe hain, but site visit pe ya jo renders dekh raha hoon, lag nahi raha ki real mein utne honge. Mostly small patches lag rahe hain, proper open space nahi dikh raha. Since possession is planned for 2026-04-01, I'm worried.
