Faridabad investors, is RERA actually protecting us?

Years of renting in Faridabad, finally buying. Everyone talks RERA, but is it truly effective for legal recourse against builders like Goyal Estate? What about title verification for projects like Goyal Luxury Floors? Change my mind.

Bhai, RERA toh bade projects ke liye theek hai, but ye chhote builders jaise Goyal Estate, inka track record kya hai? Maine bhi Faridabad mein dekha hai, Sector 35 ke paas, aise bahut saare 'luxury floors' ke boards lage hote hain. Title verification ka toh darr hi rehta hai. Mera ek dost phasa tha aise hi ek project mein, saalon tak possession nahi mila. RERA mein complain kiya but process itna slow hai ki himmat toot jaati hai.
