Sector 35 — fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Landlord ne rent badha diya. Looking at resale 2BHKs, budget around ₹70L. Goyal Estate Agency se baat ki. Not sure about negotiation margin. Kitna percentage realistically knock off kar sakte hain on resale? Faridabad mein kya scene hai?
