Under-construction projects in Faridabad are a gamble sometimes. I'm seriously considering Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla, upcoming at ₹2.65 Cr. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Timelines pe stick karte hain ya delays common hain? Not sure if capital appreciation will justify the under-construction risk. Any thoughts on the exit strategy? Will it be liquid enough to sell easily in 5-7 years?

Yaar, Rahul Mangla ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. My cousin booked a flat with them in another project, aur possession mein almost 2 saal ka delay ho gaya tha. Is project mein total units bhi sirf 4 hain, toh kya pata delivery pe kitna focus hoga. I'd be very cautious about the timelines.
