Faridabad investors: Secondary market mein value milti hai?
After owning a 2BHK in Sector 14 for 5 years, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, maybe near Sector 85-89. Primary market mein prices bahut high lag rahe hain, especially for new projects by BPTP ya Puri. I'm seeing ₹1.2 Cr+ for a 3BHK. Is secondary market a better bet for investors right now? I'm trying to maximise value, not just pay for PLC ya floor rise premium. Goyal Estate Agency se baat ki thi, they showed some good resale options. But is the negotiation margin better in resale properties compared to new? Plus, what about hidden costs ya old property ki maintenance? Jo log secondary market mein khareed chuke hain, what's your experience? Did you find genuine underpriced assets, ya bas time waste hota hai? I'm already on a home loan, so every rupee counts for ROI.
