Sector 35 — Goyal Estate Agency ke project mein legal verification ka issue hai. OC nahi mila, RERA status bhi clear nahi lag raha. Kya kisi aur ne yeh problem face ki hai? Kaise deal karein?

Right now, Faridabad market mein aise bahut projects hain jahan legal issues hain. Buyers are becoming smarter though. Don't rush into anything just because the price seems attractive. Always check the builder's reputation and financial stability, unka past record bhi dekho.

I think U3 is talking about 'Goyal Residency'. I saw their ad near NHPC Chowk. The prices looked good, but the RERA details were a bit vague online. That's why I didn't proceed further with it.
Yaar, ye toh common ho gaya hai Faridabad mein. Builders RERA registration le lete hain, but completion dates aur OC ka pata hi nahi hota. Mera ek relative bhi फंसा हुआ है एक project mein, 3 saal se possession delayed hai, aur ab builder phone bhi nahi utha raha. Always check the RERA website for quarterly updates, not just the registration number. Aur agar OC nahi hai, loan milne mein bhi dikkat aayegi, ya fir bahut high interest rate pe. Be careful, aakhir life savings lag rahi hain aur koi risk nahi le sakte.

Maine bhi suna hai ki Faridabad mein kuch projects mein legal verification issues chal rahe hain. Isliye, first-time buyer hone ke naate, main toh bahut nervous hoon. Kisi ne inke dusre projects ka track record check kiya hai? Agar OC nahi mila toh future mein reselling mein bhi problem aayegi na?
Bilkul sahi kaha U1! If OC isn't there, it's a huge problem. Loan milne mein bhi dikkat aati hai aur re-sale value toh gir jaati hai. Bhai, humein toh sabse zyada darr lagta hai, apni poori life ki savings laga rahe hain.
Haan, Goyal Estate ka ek project tha Sector 82 mein bhi, wahan bhi possession mein delay aur amenities ka issue hua tha. Track record bahut important hai, you are right.
