Faridabad luxury flat: Is it worth the premium?

Faridabad market mein, Goyal Luxury Floors kaafi buzz create kar raha hai. Price point ₹2.65 Cr hai, which is a significant investment for an upcoming project. From my experience, amenities brochure mein impressive dikhte hain, but actual useability kitni hoti hai? Clubhouse, gym sab log use nahi karte daily. What about metro connectivity for daily commute to Delhi/Gurgaon? Is it really convenient, ya sirf "nearby" bolte hain? Also, parking allocation kaisi hai? Covered mil rahi hai ya lottery system? Itne premium price par ye small details matter karte hain, especially for a family. Not sure if the amenities justify the premium.
