Did a site visit to Goyal Luxury Floors in Faridabad last week. Upcoming project hai, price point ₹2.65 Cr. Investor perspective se dekh raha hun, long-term ROI ka plan hai. But I'm wondering about the investor-to-end-user ratio. Kahin ghost society na ban jaye, you know? What's the real rental yield expectation from such luxury floors in Faridabad? And what about the exit strategy? 5-7 saal baad resale market kaisa hoga, will there be enough buyers for this segment? Builder ka track record bhi important hai. Kya Rahul Mangla ki previous projects ka resale market strong raha hai?
