Faridabad mein builder negotiation ka scope bahut limited hai, from my experience. New projects, like near Sector 35, mein spot discounts rare hain. As an investor, kitna realistic discount expect karein? Construction-linked payment plans better ROI dete hain ya lump-sum payment zyada smart hai for maximum yield?

Yaar, I totally agree with the original post. Faridabad mein negotiation ka scope sach mein bahut kam hai. Main bhi Sector 35 ke paas ek project dekh raha tha, but builder ne seedha 'fixed price' bol diya. Is market mein itna rigid hona theek hai kya? Koi experience share karega?
