Visited a few properties in Sector 35 last weekend. Budget toh bana liya tha, but ab samajh aa raha ki actual cost kitni zyada hoti hai. Stamp duty, registration, interiors... yeh sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Goyal Estate Agency ke ek project mein baat ki, they quoted a price but then all these extra charges came up. Honestly, I had no idea it adds up so much. First-time buyers, aap logon ka kya experience raha? Beyond the property price, aur kya kya budget karna padta hai?
