Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Faridabad mein investment ke liye dekh raha hoon, especially in sectors like 75-89 ya phir old Sector 35. My main concern is negotiation. From my experience, new projects, like BPTP ya Puri Constructions, don't budge much on their listed 3BHK prices, say ₹1.2 Cr. Secondary market mein, like through Goyal Estate Agency, kya better negotiation scope milta hai? I'm talking about like 5-7% off, not just a few lakhs. For an investor, every bit counts for ROI. Ya Faridabad mein negotiation is mostly a myth? What's the real ground reality for getting a good deal, especially for properties around ₹1 Cr?
