Sector 35 Faridabad has caught my attention for investment, given the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway's development. As I'm based in Dubai, site visits are challenging. I'm evaluating 3BHK options, budgeting around ₹1.2 Cr. My key concern is negotiation; do builders like Goyal Estate Agency offer flexibility on pricing? What's a realistic percentage reduction one might achieve on a new project's asking price? Or is the secondary market, perhaps for a 4th-floor unit, where more significant negotiation is possible? I need to ensure legal clarity for remote management.

Totally agree with U1. New projects mein discounts milna bahut mushkil hai. They might give some freebies,
Faridabad, especially Sector 35, is definitely on the radar for investment due to the expressway. But negotiation on new projects, bhai, that's almost a myth these days. Builders have fixed price lists. 1.2 Cr for 3BHK is decent, but don't expect much flexibility on the base price from Goyal Estate Agency or anyone else.
