The infra development around NIT Faridabad has completely skewed property prices, honestly. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, so confused. Was eyeing some good flats near Sector 23-A initially, but ab toh rates bahut upar chale gaye hain. Which specific pockets actually benefited most from the new roads and metro extension? Kya abhi bhi entry point sahi hai, ya late ho gaya?

Hope toh hai, but you need to look beyond the immediate hotspots. Sector 35 ke paas abhi bhi kuch options mil sakte hain, thoda andar jaake. But for 23-A, I think it's mostly investors
