Aur sabse badi baat, RERA number 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai for an upcoming project. Yeh toh seedha-seedha warning sign hai for an investor, especially jab site visit bhi mushkil hai. Builder ki reputation pehle check karo, warna Dubai se baithe-baithe headache milega.
