Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 35. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, so all the usual gyaan is out the window. Saw a 3BHK from Goyal Estate Agency, around ₹1.2 Cr. The PLC for park-facing and higher floor premium are adding almost ₹5-7L. Honestly, not sure if these charges are really worth it. For an end-user, does a higher floor or park-facing flat actually give better resale value in Faridabad? Ya fir it's just builder ka 'super area' game? What's your experience with ROI on these premiums?
