Sector 35 — As an investor based in Dubai, I'm evaluating a 2BHK, around ₹70L. Goyal Estate Agency has presented pre-launch options against existing inventory. Is the early-bird pricing for projects like those by BPTP truly a better deal in Faridabad, or does the open market offer similar or better spot discounts later? I can't conduct site inspections, so understanding actual price leverage and total cost of acquisition is critical. What are your experiences with securing genuine price advantages?
