Faridabad premium projects' kids' amenities are a joke — fight me
Honestly, I'm feeling really conflicted after visiting Goyal Luxury Floors. We're upgrading from our 2BHK, mainly for more space and better facilities for the kids. The brochure showed a fantastic play area, but what I saw felt so small, almost an afterthought. Is this just how it is with premium projects in Faridabad? Are these amenities ever actually usable, or just for show? Not sure if the price jump is justified for this.
