Faridabad project funding: Does it change my payment terms?
After years of renting, my budget's finally set for Faridabad, eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 35 for around ₹75L. I'm noticing some projects are clearly bank-funded, others seem more self-funded by smaller developers. Does this actually affect payment terms or flexibility for buyers? I'm trying to figure out which type of project might offer better leverage or payment plans. Any insights on this for Faridabad builders like RPS Group or Adore RealTech?
