Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 89 Faridabad, including Goyal Luxury Floors. Unhone jo clubhouse aur amenities dikhaaye, brochure mein toh sab world-class lag raha tha. But I'm honestly wondering, is it really used by residents daily, ya bas ek showpiece ban ke reh jaata hai? My parents keep saying to focus on actual usability, not just fancy pictures. Also, the maintenance charges they quoted were pretty steep. Is that common for these luxury floors in Faridabad? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, will the service quality match those charges? Like, lift maintenance, common area cleaning, security... is it genuinely value for money ya bas extra expense?

Totally relate! Main bhi abhi Sector 89 mein hi dekh raha tha
Yaar, Goyal Luxury Floors ka clubhouse toh sahi mein impressive lagta hai brochure mein, but actual use kitna hota hai, yehi doubt hai. Mere bhai ne Sector 35 mein ek society mein liya tha, wahan bhi shuru mein sab fancy tha, ab hardly koi jaata hai. Maintenance charges toh har jagah high hain, but value for money milna chahiye, that's the main thing.
