Faridabad property search: Builder negotiation ka sach?

Builder fixed price claims in Faridabad are frustrating. Looking at 2BHKs in Sector 35, budget ₹60L. Goyal Estate Agency says no negotiation. Kitna negotiation possible hai? 2-3% bhi milta hai kya?

Bhai, this is exactly my situation! I'm also looking for a 2BHK in Sector 35, budget around 60L. Builders are acting like they're selling gold, no negotiation at all. Goyal Estate is notorious for this, I heard. Kya sach mein 2-3% bhi nahi milta?
