Spent the whole Sunday checking options in Sector 35. Goyal Estate ne 2BHK ₹70L quote kiya. Stamp duty aur registration charges total cost mein kaafi add karte hain. Investors ye acquisition cost kaise optimize karein?

Exactly! Mera bhi same experience tha. Faridabad mein toh 5-7% of property value minimum lag jaata hai stamp duty aur registration mein. It's a huge burden, especially for us first-timers.
