Faridabad property: Tax benefits kitne real hain?
₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 15 — is this actually the going rate now? I'm looking at properties, mostly around Neharpar and Sector 15. Builders like Puri and Omaxe ke projects dekh raha hoon. My budget was initially ₹70-80L but ab lag raha hai thoda stretch karna padega. Honestly, parents keep pushing for buying because of home loan tax benefits. Section 24, 80C... itna technical lagta hai. Is it really worth it, ya bas thoda sa hi savings hota hai yearly? I'm just starting out, so I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes. Also, long-term ke liye, is Faridabad still a good bet? Connectivity to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and Metro ka toh sunte hain, but kitna appreciation expect karein? Any advice on maximizing these tax savings would be great. Yaar, EMI aur rent mein kaun sa better padega eventually?
