Did anyone else get hit with unexpected charges right before possession in Faridabad? Mera Goyal Estate Agency se flat tha Sector 35 mein. Negotiation kitna possible hai on these 'surprise' costs?

Totally agree with OP. Goyal Estate Agency se hi liya tha kya? Konsi charges ki baat kar rahe ho? Mera toh electricity connection, IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security) aur club membership ke naam pe bill aaya tha. Yeh sab toh booking ke time pe clear nahi karte.
Haan bhai, same here! Faridabad mein yeh common hai kya? Mera bhi Sector 35 mein hai. Builder ne bola tha all-inclusive price, ab bol rahe hain extra charges for 'infrastructure development'. Sirf 2 din diye hain payment ke liye. Headache!
