Faridabad RERA is a paper tiger for delays
Sector 85 — been looking at properties there. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. My current house resale ho gaya hai, ab ek compact flat chahiye. Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla ka project dekha hai, looks decent. But I'm seriously worried about builder ka track record and RERA compliance. How do you guys actually verify if a project is genuinely RERA registered beyond just checking a number? Is there a way to dig into the builder's legal history, like past delays or consumer complaints? Also, so many stories about builders delaying OC. Agar aisa ho, toh RERA mein complaint karna kitna effective hai? Just on paper hai ya actually buyers ko relief milta hai? Want something tension-free, don't want to get stuck with legal hassles at this age. Any tips for checking all legal docs before booking?
