Faridabad RWA charges are pure daylight robbery
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 14 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Sector 35. Price jump toh kaafi hai, so I'm trying to figure out if it's really worth it. Main concern traffic ka hai. Kya Sector 35 se office commute during peak hours manageable hai? Ya it's a daily battle? Also, parking ka kya scene hai? Apartments mein visitors ke liye space hoti hai ya har din parking spot dhoondte rehna padta hai? And lastly, RWA aur maintenance charges ka kya experience hai? Are they justified for the services they provide, ya bas extra kharcha hai? I already have a home loan, so har extra cost matters. Any real experiences would be super helpful. Kya yeh premium justified hai?
