Honestly, I'm fed up of renting and my landlord just raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge for a place in Faridabad. Everyone talks about the glossy brochures for Goyal Luxury Floors, but is anyone really scrutinizing under-construction quality during site visits? I'm seeing patchy work, even in display units. And that children's play area? Often just a token slide to tick a box. My EMI vs rent math only works if the place actually feels like a home, not a constant repair job. Change my mind.
