Faridabad Top Builders: Is it the right time to buy?

My lease ends in 3 months, and I'm fed up of renting. Landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally serious about buying in Faridabad, specifically the 'Top Builders' corridor. Prices there, like in sectors 81 or 82, seem to have climbed a lot in the last 1-2 years. My budget is around ₹80-90L for a 2 or 3 BHK. Is it worth buying now or should I wait? I'm worried about missing out if prices keep rising, but also don't want to overpay. EMI vs rent math is finally making sense. What's the community's take on current price trends? Is this the peak, or will appreciation continue? Should I jump in?
