My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. Looking at Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla in Faridabad. That ₹2.65 Cr price tag for an upcoming project feels high. Is the advertised price per sqft realistic, or should I expect a lot of hidden costs? Also, what about metro connectivity for daily commute? Not sure if it's worth the gamble.
