Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at Goyal Luxury Floors, Sector 89 Faridabad. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Builder Rahul Mangla ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery? Is the RERA status clean for this upcoming project? Kya capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain given its pre-launch stage? Not sure if the premium is justified for an investor.
