Faridabad upgraders: What's the real negotiation room?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 15, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK around ₹1 Cr in Sector 35. I've talked to builders like BPTP and Goyal Estate Agency for resale. Prices feel really rigid. Does price negotiation work in Faridabad? How much can you realistically knock off the asking price for a 3BHK? I mean total, or even discounts on PLC, parking. Are those fixed? Listed prices seem set in stone. Any recent experiences getting a better deal, or is it just wishful thinking?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I'm also looking in Faridabad, same budget range for a 3BHK. Builders are acting like they're doing us a favour just by talking. Prices toh hilte hi nahi.
