Faridabad's Affordable Housing: Is the investment window closing?
Since last year, I've been tracking Faridabad property for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so ground reality check mushkil hai. The 'Affordable Housing Projects' corridor caught my eye – prices seemed reasonable initially. But now, I'm wondering if it's already peaked? Matlab, has the appreciation potential dried up or is there still some upside...? I saw some 2 BHK flats listed around ₹30-35L a few months back, but now they seem higher. Which sectors within this corridor are still undervalued? Can't do a site inspection myself, so reliance on community input is huge. Also, anyone here investing from abroad? How do you manage POA and rental? Property management services ka kya scene hai wahan? Really need advice on where to put money for decent ROI.
