Honestly, confused hoon ki is it the right time to buy in Faridabad? Delhi-Mumbai Expressway aur FNG Expressway ki wajah se prices toh already kafi badh gaye hain. Log keh rahe hain ki abhi bhi growth potential hai, but I'm not sure. Kya Faridabad ka market already peak kar gaya hai, ya 2026-27 tak aur appreciation dikhega? Especially in areas like Neharpar. BPTP and Puri Constructions ke projects dekh raha hoon. Kya unka track record sahi hai, ya project delays ka risk hai? My parents keep saying wait for interest rates to drop.
