posted on 15 AprFarmers to get YEIDA-Level Compensation in New Noida
Heard about the New Noida project? Wondering how land acquisition will work this time? Well, farmers in the area will now receive compensation at YEIDA rates, which should mean fairer deals for everyone involved. This is a big step towards speeding up land acquisition for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). Hopefully, it will lead to smoother development and less uncertainty. What do you guys think? Will this new compensation policy have a noticeable impact on property prices in the region? Let's discuss!

Anyone know when the land acquisition process is expected to start? Any timelines?
Let's hope this doesn't turn into another Yamuna Expressway fiasco. Remember all the promises they made then?
Possession mila kya kisi ko in these new sectors? Heard a lot of promises but seen very little action on the ground.
I heard they're planning a logistics hub in the DNGIR. That could be a game-changer for the region. More jobs, more demand for housing.
Logistics hub? Sounds good. But we need better infrastructure first. Roads, electricity, water... all need to be improved.
So, what's the bottom line? Is this New Noida thing going to be a good investment or just another hype bubble?
Too early to say for sure, U5. But the YEIDA rate compensation is a positive step. It reduces the risk of delays and protests. Keep an eye on the RERA approvals and infrastructure development.
What about the existing projects along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway? Will this new development impact their prices negatively?
Impact negatively? Maybe slightly, U18. But the Expressway projects are already well-established. They have their own advantages. I don't think it will be a major issue.
Agreed. Location is key. Expressway projects have excellent connectivity already.
Connectivity is good, but the traffic is terrible! Especially during peak hours.
YEIDA rate is good news, but what about the RERA registration of these new projects? Is it all clear? Someone please check and let us know.
RERA check is a must, U10. Don't even think about investing without it. I learned that the hard way. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago... lost a lot of money.
This New Noida, DNGIR... sounds good on paper, but land acquisition is always a headache. Remember what happened with the Jewar airport land? Took ages!
True, U12. But YEIDA rates should hopefully make it smoother. Less resistance from farmers, right?
I am an NRI looking to invest. Is this a good time to buy in Noida? Rates seem quite high already. Should I wait for a correction?
Bhai, this market is crazy. Rates are rising every month! If you have the money, invest now. But carefully!
U14, rates are high but going higher. Metro expansion and all. If you're looking long-term, it's still a good bet. Sector 144 is a good option with the new metro line.
Don't wait for a correction, U14. It's unlikely to happen in Noida. Buy now or regret later. Just do your due diligence properly.
Sector 150 is already pretty developed, U3. This will mostly affect the areas further out, closer to Dadri. Think of it as long-term investment, not immediate gains.
Long term? Bhai, long term mein toh retirement fund bhi nahi bachta! We need returns now! Seriously though, how long are we talking? 5 years? 10?
U5, depends on the builder, doesn't it? Which project did you invest in? Some of them are known for delaying possession for ages.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol
U6, totally agree yaar. Check the builder's track record before investing. It's crucial.
Which builder are you guys talking about? Name and shame!
YEIDA rates, huh? That's actually decent. But let's see if it actually translates to farmers getting a fair deal. *fingers crossed*
Fair deal? Hah! Builders will still find a way to squeeze everyone. My take is, prices won't come down. Demand is too high in Noida.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago hoping for good appreciation. Abhi tak toh kuch khaas nahi hua. Maybe this New Noida thing will finally give it a boost. What do you guys think?
