Did some research on Fatima Nagar projects from Dubai, especially Shree Krishna Associates. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹78L. Kya lagta hai, all-in cost kitna upar ja sakta hai after stamp duty, registration, PLC? Also, construction-linked payment plan better hai for an investor like me, ya full down payment? I can't do site visits.

Bhai, Shree Krishna Associates ka naam sunke thoda darr lag raha hai. Dubai se hain, theek hai, but Pune mein inka track record kaisa hai? ₹78L for a 2BHK in Fatima Nagar sounds okay, but all-in cost toh definitely ₹90L cross kar jayega. PLC, infra charges, GST, maintenance advance – yeh sab jodke bahut upar jata hai. Be careful!
