Renting in Gurugram is just throwing money away, honestly. I'm fed up of landlord drama and rent hikes. Finally checking Ameya Sapphire Residences, but not sure if the ₹3.95 Cr price justifies the *actual* daily living experience. Brochure mein sab acha lagta hai, but what about hidden costs ya maintenance charges? Real amenities aur neighborhood kaisa hai for a family?

Dekho, renting ka frustration toh real hai. But buying a ₹4 Cr property, especially an ongoing one with possession in 2028, is a massive decision. Ameya Sapphire has its pros – probably good amenities on paper, RERA registered. But the cons are the high price, potential delays, and the fact that you're locking in funds for a long time. Weigh everything carefully, especially the long-term appreciation vs. the immediate financial strain. Aapka kya decision raha finally?
₹4 Cr mein Ameya Sapphire itna premium justify karta hai kya? I mean, 116 units hain, toh exclusivity toh hogi, but is it really worth that much when you compare it to other options near Badshahpur or even further down? The daily living experience needs to be top-notch for that price. What about the actual social infrastructure around it? Are there good hospitals and entertainment options nearby for a family?
Potential toh hai yaar. Gurugram is always expanding. Aaj jo undeveloped lagta hai, 5 saal mein prime ho sakta hai. But yeah, for a first-time buyer, it's a big gamble.
Sahi baat hai. Badshahpur side abhi bhi thoda develop ho raha hai. For 4 Cr, I'd expect everything to be established. Gurugram mein bahut areas mein development uneven hai. Is area mein future growth potential kitna hai, ya bas abhi high price tag laga diya hai?
Bhai, ₹4 Cr is a huge investment. Mera personal experience hai, sirf brochure dekh ke mat decide karna. Ek baar maine Chakkarpur mein ek project almost book kar diya tha, amenities mein jo dikhaya tha, actual mein uska 50% bhi nahi mila. Unhone bas ek fancy park bana diya aur pool ka naam pe ek tub! Ameya Sapphire ke liye proper site visit karo, neighborhood dekho, traffic, schools, daily grocery shops, sab check karna. Especially for a family, connectivity bahut important hai.
Original poster, thoda cautious raho. Ameya Sapphire ka naam suna hai but builder ka track record kaisa hai? Gurugram mein bahut builders ne project late kiye hain. Koi RERA number confirm kar sakte ho kya iska?
Possession date 2028-12-01 hai as per RERA. But given current market conditions and rising interest rates, delays ka risk toh rehta hi hai. Mera ek friend Airport Road (Gurgaon side) mein ek project mein phasa hua hai, 2 saal late ho gaya hai.
RERA toh mil gaya, but possession date kya hai? Kahin 2028 se bhi aage na khinch dein, market conditions dekh ke darr lagta hai.
Haan, RERA number hai 11 Of 2024. Official site pe check kiya tha, so at least registered toh hai.
Totally agree with you! Gurugram mein rent dena matlab har mahine ek EMI bina equity ke. Ameya Sapphire sounds promising but that price, bhai! ₹3.95 Cr for an ongoing project is a lot. Is it really worth it? Hidden costs aur maintenance kitna hota hai wahan?
Dekho, brochure mein toh Ameya Sapphire ka official price range ₹4.0 Cr – ₹4.0 Cr dikhata hai. Hidden costs toh har project mein hote hain, stamp duty, registration, GST alag se. Maintenance bhi ₹10-15 per sq ft expect karo. Amenities ke naam pe sab extra charge karte hain kya wahan, ya sab included hai?
Haan yaar, same feel. ₹4 Cr is a huge jump for a first-time buyer. Koi affordable options bhi hain kya aas paas ya Ameya hi best hai is budget mein?
