Fed up of rent, finally buying in Noida!

Finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida, but builder selection is a headache. I'm looking at Eldeco Swagatam and Eldeco The Studio. Eldeco ka track record kaisa hai, honestly? Heard mixed reviews about construction quality after possession – plaster cracks, seepage, that kind of thing. Anyone faced this? My budget is tight, so hidden charges are a big concern. PLC and EDC can really add up, right? How was the possession experience with Eldeco? Did they deliver what they promised? Am I the only one worried about these things? Any advice would be super helpful!
