posted on 6 MayFed up of rent hikes, eyeing Krishna Kunj
Honestly, I'm completely fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge to buy a home in Rajkot. I'm looking at Krishna Kunj, maybe a 2BHK. Builder ka track record theek lag raha hai, but ground reality jaanna hai. Water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Municipal water aata hai ya borewell pe depend karna padta hai? Aur power cuts ka kitna issue rehta hai? DG backup kitna reliable hai? Parking ka bhi tension hai, flats mein usually kam space hoti hai. Kya wahan parking ki problem hoti hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Krishna Kunj? Hmm, I've heard mixed reviews. My cousin's friend booked there, and possession got delayed by almost a year. Water supply definitely an issue in that particular stretch. They mostly rely on borewell, municipal supply is not consistent. Be careful with what the sales team promises.
Oh no, a year's delay? That's scary. Which phase was that?
Exactly! My uncle lives nearby, and unko summer mein tankar bulana padta hai every other week. Borewell ka pani bhi khara aata hai sometimes. Did your cousin's friend finally get possession?
Bhai, totally relatable! Rent increases are insane. Rajkot mein bhi ab prices upar jaa rahe hain. Krishna Kunj sounds good on paper, but I'm also curious about the ground reality. Especially water, that's a big deal. Good you brought it up.
