Fed up of renting for years, especially after my landlord raised rent again, I'm finally taking the plunge to buy a 2BHK in Rajkot. My budget is around ₹60-70L, looking mostly near Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. I've seen a few places, including Ansal API's Krishna Kunj. Builder quotes seem fixed, but is it just a facade? Matlab, Rajkot mein kya price negotiation actually work karta hai? Kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain? Builders jaise Balaji Group ya Madhav Group, kya woh bhi offer karte hain spot discounts ya woh sirf 'no-price-drop' policy pe rehte hain? Ya phir, resale market mein negotiation better hota hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
