Fed up of renting, Alwal on my radar now

Did a quick recce of Alwal last weekend, honestly it felt a bit different from the Western Hyderabad IT corridor areas. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Thinking about a 2BHK there. My main worry is the daily commute to Gachibowli. Metro connectivity seems okay, but how's the last-mile connectivity from the station? Is it a daily struggle getting around? And what's the actual vibe living there day-to-day? Is it peaceful or too noisy? Also, for families, how's the safety and security, especially at night? Any thoughts on that? My EMI vs rent math is almost there, just need some real-world input before I decide.
